Someone in Durango told me (I think it was Grateful :D) that a good way to master chest rolls is to try to do 100 continuous chestrolls.

Still working on that one. :D

Ahh! I see. Do not worry! I'm serious when I say that you can fumble through it and no points will be taken. Also having a 2 week break on the horizon, did kind of spur me to give a little extra challenge. Just do your best. I TOTALLY understand it takes a long time to get down. Just the trying is all that matters. ^_^ (ahem...please do not ask me to do a chest roll. :D )

Here's my video, I followed my chest roll curl with (many) elbow to elbow rolls.

My arms were killing me after that.

You know,
you don't HAVE to use a 5" acrylic ;)

Here's my little video for this week ^^ hope you enjoy.

@Zetabass; Haven't you heard? 125mm is the new 100mm xD. Though personally i'll stick with my Jea9..the 'grand 100' is a bit daunting.. monetarily and weight wise heheeh.

Yes I do! It has a hold on me that won't allow me to use anything else!

Woo, made it this week. Sorry the moves aren't as crisp as usual. I switched directions.
I added the same move that I tried last round I participated in.
Continuous forearm rolls.

Nice music choice Frawg. :D Is that an OC Remix?

I've got another rather sloppy submission this week. My excuse is that the tricks are getting harder :)
Anywho, due to the nature of some of the newer tricks and the one I added, I decided to use my SilX. It's rather beat up and has a ink mark on it from when I left it on an instruction manual but I figured it was better than hurting myself with an acrylic.

I added a basic Spiral. I've only been working on it for about a week so I can't hit it every time but I'm getting better.

Sloppy and tired, but I got my video done! I wasn't quite sure what to call that, so I went with "rainbow". If anyone knows the actual name, please let me know! :D

Great video Tobias! Everything looked really smooth! Also, I have to agree with Riel; nice music. Might I ask what it is?

Thanks guys!

That was more from Overclocked Remix. That particular song was from the album Donkey Kong Country 2: Serious Monkey Business, the song was "Rare Respite (Jib Jig).

Find the entire album here, and nostalgia hard!

Ooooo Very nice submissions this week!! Every single one! Sometimes you guys make being a judge tough. I love it when you guys do that. :D

This week's winner is: zenoth with the half & half!

Congrats zenoth!!

Really nice follow up here to the last move. And with trying to bring FTL up to another learning level, I'd like zenoth to explain tips on this move. What helped you with learning this move? How would you explain this move to someone who has never done it before? I've not done this before in FTL...challenged you guys to explain the move yourself. I feel that you guys can do it and in the end, helps you understand what you're doing on a deeper level. For everyone- as you're learning the move this week, feel free to throw out tips that helped you out.

I would like to automatically add that it's alright to fumble through this. You can't cheat time. New moves are awkward and after awhile, you can actually do them. Then comes another level after that of moving smoothly with them. It's such a long but in the end, it's a rewarding path. I've been really proud of you guys for sticking with it despite having any trouble. I've been REALLY noticing improvements lately and you guys should feel quite proud of yourself. You guys really inspire and encourage me too. ^_^

Okay, so we have just one more week before a 2 week break! I'm going to leave it open again to wherever you guys want to go after this move.

We are really getting deep into it now!

You have between now and next Tuesday (March 27) to submit your next entry. Your video should include:
1. Palmspin
2. Ratchet
3. Rotating Claw Iso
4. 20 Finger Roll
5. Finger Flurry Iso Variation
6. Vertical Spiral Halfpipe
7. Inside Arm Rolls
8. Circle into Prayer Stall
9. Chest Roll Curl
10. Half & Half
11. Your submission for next week's move

Seriously guys, great job!!!

Congratulations Zenoth! That will be a tricky one for me to learn. I'm not very good with arm rolls.
