I am just going to eat a little more ice cream (Green & Black's, yum) before I go out to play in the snow. Considering it's been snowing for a few hours already I feel that I've been quite restrained so far...

I am wishing it would snow here in SoCal. Today we are around 80 degrees or so. We are having late spring weather in the middle of Winter! Some might like it, but I'm not a fan of heat.

I don't miss the snow at all. It helps that I've been hanging out with Scottish magicians this week who are relieved to be somewhere warm. I'm enjoying the long nights of winter. I like that I can walk 14km at night and completely lose sense of time. Spinning poi, skipping, contact juggling, and cartwheels, I get lost in my own world. Disappearing into the smokescreen of my mind.

I am cold. I am also excited because I'm moving into the new place tomorrow ^.^

Real friends don't need to be the same

I am pleased with myself that I had no idea it was superbowl day until I just looked at facebook.

That's today? I went toe to toe recently with a classically trained opera singer. We separately sang "Jacks Lament" from the Nightmare Before Christmas while an accomplished pianist played the piece on a baby grand piano. It gave me a good perspective as to where I stand as a singer.

I am going to post no more than 1.8 posts a day for the next 10 days.
