Keeps you regular. ;)

When I am on a soft food diet, like for dental work, I have chocolate cream of wheat. Mmmmm!

I have a Cherry flavored NOS energy drink.

Every once in awhile I get in the mood to have an actual breakfast, but in that case it's just whatever I'm hungry for...I never did understand why people differentiated types of food as 'breakfast foods.'

That's not cherry flavour Bri. In fact I'm not sure that flavour is even the appropriate word to use when discussing Irn Bru...

It was less about the flavor, and more about the sugar and chemical content...

Chemicals or not, they're still tasty and delightful!

...But I am trying to quit; A large bottle of cherry juice isn't much more than just one of the NOS.

Eggs and veggies. Maybe also a piece of fruit.

I USED to eat cereal for breakfast for every day, but then I always felt terrible by about 10am. Then I discovered that it was messing up my blood sugar and that I have a mild wheat intolerance. Eggs for breakfast make me feel a million times better.
