what are your opinion about the way to make chest rolls?
you like most with the hands high (at the height of the shoulders) or low (at the height of the stomach)?
i think that when you're doing the prayer the hands should be high.
but with the butterfly the hands low make the effect of a ball floating.. the less you move.. the more is beautiful to see..
