Hello!

This is my first video ever and I would really appreciate some good feedbacks on the moves I badly handle (and tips would be nice). I don't consider myself as ''good'', but more as ''not so bad''. I practice mostly isolations and my other moves are far behind (my butterflies and armrolls... I seriously need to work on them)

Making it was a lot of fun and I hope you'll enjoy this little humble vid of me...

I'll be thrilled if I can do half as well after a month.

edit: Why did I write "a month"? I meant "three months", d'oh!

Totally 10/10! That was sooo good!

I'd read your intro and the others' comments before I watched the video, and wasn't really prepared for what I was about to see..

Three months? Naaaaaah...

I love the stuff you are learning, it is really nice to see a newcomer that isn't concentrating on butterflies (totally no disrespect to others, that's how I started too!).

Bear in mind butterlies can sooooo add to the illusion, so don't ignore them.

Critique?

Your grip iso's need confidence (the ones you move about in shapes), the iso is there but the arm needs posture. Also look at the shape your fingers make when they are holding the ball, you can really play around with them. Try putting your fingers and thumb together with no gaps between them, kind of cupping the ball.
Work out what direction you are moving next, and find a nice way for your whole arm (elbow to fingertips) to travel to get to the next iso destination.

Loved the music, the editing and the cat. But next time you should stand up...

When you do the enigma, at times try and keep your thumb and middle finger in a straight line through the centre of the ball AND with the thumbs and middle finger on the other hand. It looks like you use your index finger lots, and while this looks nice, it's only exploring one aspect of this beautiful move.

Yikes, I'm going on a bit..

I'm really inspired by this video, I look forwards to your next one..

Cheers.

Nika said almost everything that I would have said, although he did leave out this ...

I would say for the next video I'd like to see a bit of crossover with your dance skills so maybe spend some time getting confident in mixing them up. Also I want to see some of this and more of this

And everything else I can think of has been said. Keep it up, our kid

Nicely done!

I can see a couple of influences in there... Definitely saw a bit of Furet

After three months your isolations are pretty tight.

I see you've already started to show signs of the ball hoarding Gene...

Ditto what LCD said about the lack of butterflies... was quite refreshing

Very good! Come play in the UK!

sweet, sweet isolations. i haven't been working on cj for close to three months now (distracted by other toys, not just laziness!) and came looking for video inspiration and i certainly found it here. funny you've been cj'ing for as long as i've stopped and your isolations are way, way cleaner than I got mine after a year! thanks for posting.

That was beautiful. I really enjoyed the flourishes with the off hand. I'm going have to work on mine now.
