Ok OK. Poll time:
What are the 5 best moves in 1 ball Contact.
Actually lets keep this one personal:
What are your 5 favorite moves - TO DO?

My answer:
1) Palm Circle Isolation
2) Levitation enigma
3) Fingertip balance
4) Forearm rolls down from elbow to hand on the palm side
5) chest roll

these don't have to be difficult ones, just the ones that look or feel the best - in your opinion. In fact I think almost always the best moves are the simplest. (although admittedly theres some hard ones in my list, but certainly not the stuff that I'm working on at the moment!)

Rock on.

1) Palm Circles (these seem to be my base move)
2) Forearm rolls, cradle side
3) Chest roll
4) Bridge from outstretched arms
5) gripped isolation, moving it around and popping/waving.

Edit: in number 2, I mean Genie Rolls.

2) Prayer stall-Chest roll-Prayer stall
3) Top of the head stall
4) Chestrolls while falling over/sitting down (Funnnn)
5) Arm curls

1) Palm circle isolations (seems a lifetime move to perfect)
2) Floating Enigmae
3) Butterfly to outside armroll to outside elbow stall
4) Chestroll (love the feeling of the ball smoothly travelling on the chest, even though I can't do it 100% surefire)
5) Some levitation moves I came across and that I'm yet to show you...

In no particular order:

1. Chest roll
2. Enigma
3. Back to back and back to palm transfers along a plane
4. Inside arm roll to outside arm roll (and vice versa)
5. Outside elbow stalls

1. palm circles (best trick ever =P sooo worth the week it took to get down)
2. gripped isolation (very versatile)
3. enigma + variations (great effect. loving the isos)
4. Butterfly + variations (classic move)
5. Arm rolls (again alot of variations)

honorable mention: circle (the trick that is lik back to back - butterfly - palm to palm - butterfly - repeat) its another great effect and very comfortable to execute.

I can never resist a poll...

1) palm circle isolation
2) gripped isolation
3) reverse arm roll (elbow to cradle)
4) circle thingy (palm-palm-back-back transfers)
5) isolated "barrell roll" (when I get it, it's gonna rock!!)

re: #5, not sure what to call this. The ball is isolated (enigma works well for this) at head level and stays in the front wall plane, body pirouettes with a slight arch in the back in the behind-position. So the ball stays in the same spot, and is in front of you for half the move and behind you for half the move. I'm calling it a barrel roll because it's the same body motion as the (hula) hoop move of the same name.
