This is the bee’s knees!
People nailing neck rolls, crazy body rolls to foot catches, foot catches to forehead catch! I’m loving all this body work.
I nailed a ½ Matrix 12 times in a row the other day, 6 in each direction. (See Video)
And then yesterday I successfully completed my very first (unassisted) Full Matrix Chest Roll. That means I must be nailing that trick .001% of the time now! _________________ coming to you live from the aether. |

/me picks his jaw up off of the floor
Wow! Now I really wanna see the other Matrix moves badly. That is amazing. When do I get to learn those awesome moves....
I am only able to work with a variety of armrolls now. Bodyrolls are still primarily a mystery to me let alone any of the matrix moves.... |

I am able to do the elbow stall every once in a while and rolling the ball up my arm and back down. Rolled the ball up my arm to my shoulder once, proceeded in whalloping my jaw though

I can do chestrolls and neckrolls in both directions now, so also chestroll-neckroll-chestroll-neckroll etc in both directions. |

In a similar way to IMP I've been working on chest-neck roll combinations that are starting to look pretty cool, and have the added bonus of making me feel really macho _________________ Now all gatherymost to amuse it and have a tilty elbow or a nice cuffle-oteedee - Oh Yes!

Not sure this counts as a "learnt a new move" story, but . . . .
Just in case there was any doubt remaining, I think I've solidified my reputation as "The Office Crazy Person" today. I was out in the landscaped area at lunch playing with my acrylic (like you do), and I FINALLY caught my very first outside elbow stall!!!!!(!!!!!!)
Sorry, I'm still pretty stoked . . .
Anyway, I got excited (and amazed) and couldn't help from jumping up and down, shouting "WOOT!" and doing a little CJ happy dance right there on the edge of the parking lot. I'm pretty sure there were only one or two witnesses, but news travels fast in a company this size . . .
The sad part is that I spent the next fifteen minutes trying to do it again and only came close twice before having to come back in to work. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.
EDIT: am I a bad person for thinking about leaving work early to practice that elbow stall some more? :lol _________________ noisey lurker |

Lol, I hope your not a bad person for wanting to leave work early to CJ. I took 2 days off in a row when I first started. I spent 8 hours each day working on the butterfly and palm to palm, back to back transfers.
Congratulations on the outside elbow stall.

thanks stick man! I only got a little time to play last night because we had company, and it looks like rain today, so I probably won't get to go out at lunch, either. Oh well, office furniture be damned I'm working that stall today!
Maybe we're both bad people, but you know what they say: if you can't be good, then be good at it! _________________ noisey lurker |

I never really intended to learn any palm spinning tricks and I'm sure you guys have been doing these for ever but I just found out how to do palm spins in both hands, both ways and 1 ball figure eights and 2 hand palm circles(I guess their called). Wow, lots of fun. I always was drawn to body rolling but now I see how much fun other types of tricks are. I can spin 2 balls in either hand either way but how in the %*#?|@! do you palm spin 3 3 inch acrylics? I can barely hold the third ball. Got alot o' work to do. World domination is a full time job!!!!
Ok, maybe just progressively learning more tricks......we'll just leave domination to Pinky and The Brain _________________ The difference between ignorance and apathy; I dont know and I dont care

Wreckcreate, I'm in the same level than you, concerning palmspin...
2 balls touching came relatively fast, no real problem...I love the feel of the balls in the hand...
I found that not watching at the balls give a totally different feeling...
But...palmspin with the balls NOT touching, seems by far to be more difficult!
Any tips to get this smooth (apart practising, I know... ) ? _________________ Lawrens
