I realize that YouTube is the best known video hosting site, but the video quality isn't that good. http://viddler.com has better quality, in my opinion. At the moment, there isn't a single CJ video on that site--at least, nothing comes up when I search for it. I'd post one myself, but I'm not ready for public viewing yet, by a long shot. I have no ties to Viddler, other than having an account there. I just figured that some of you who might be inclined to CJ evangelizing might be interested in breaking new ground.

Believe me, nobody wants to see that.

It's with some trepidation that I post this, but....oh well. Gotta start somewhere.

http://www.viddler.com/explore/T0dd/videos/61/

As you can see, I have a lot to learn, beginning with keeping my mouth closed. I was, in fact, sorta humming. I could've clipped out the drop at the end (and the fumble in the middle) but I left them in for authenticity. This is the first time actually seeing myself doing this stuff, since I can't watch in the mirror without launching the ball all over the place. I hadn't realized how...vertical the back-to-back transfers are. I knew that my movements were choppy; I can feel that much. Getting to continuous movement is obviously a priority. Also obviously, I've only practiced a few basic moves. I guess that's what beginners do.

I didn't try any isolations, since the doggy ball really isn't very good for those, and I don't have anything much to show anyway.

Yay T0dd you made a viddler vid

I liked it, and I liked the music!! You're more graceful than I expected...I don't know why, I don't expect men generally to be very graceful but was pleasantly surprised

but I do need to slap your hand for something... you sounded all serious at the end... next time mister, I want a big smile at the end It was good!

Hey Elsie looks like you're going to have to retract that wet fish (it's a good party trick if you can manage it)

The only rule : If you start a thread in this forum that does'nt have a video in it, the other users get to throw old, wet, fish at you. Or old wet tofu if your a veggie.

The fish was thrown within the guidelines I'm afraid...

Thanks for sharing the video T0dd, although I thought I saw the remains of a dorsal fin on your cheek and it kept distracting me, sorry about that.

I really should have that lanced.

I may do another video soon. I'm finding that I like the metal gazing globe a lot, so I want to see what that looks like. But since I'm not starting another thread, I should be safe until I get around to it.
