I tried the straight arm version (like the basketball trick) with a 4" acrylic. It smashed my ear so hard it was like getting puched. From now on, stage balls only for that one!

i ve been using a stage ball as well to learn that trick i find it easier to roll up my right to stall on my nape then almost force it down my left by dippin my left shoulder and its so hard to control down my left

Yeah, stalls help you regain control or change direction.

I've since mastered the straight arm and inverted straight arm rolls with my 4" acrylic. My ear still takes a bit of punishment now and again, but I don't mind.

i hate that. i cant do an aladin roll to save my life. i'm beganing to be able to do a neck roll almost 1/2 times i try. the ponytail still gets in the way. but it may be gone soon anyways

i tried an alladin roll earlier in the year and pulled it off pretty smoothly but right now everything that goes behind my neck or rolls on my body is rusty right now...

Whats and inverted straight arm roll? I'm guessing its a palm up variation.

Alladin Roll: Also known as the Straight Arm Behind the Neck Roll. or Straight arm BTN for short.

Ok get it, is it because of Aladin doing crazy stuff with apples ??
This move is one of my biggest goal for now, but the only name I gave to it was "Stop making that ball fall and bounce all over the goddamn place".
