This move is a direct result of the hands together style.
I find this to be a bit fast and missing the intro where the ball is on the back of the hand with the hands together. It is hard to tell how it would fit into other movements when you isolate this move by itself.
This is a fun move to do. Add a faux "Around the World", I think it is called a Circle on this site and you get a neato combo.

this video is way too fast for me to follow. is there a way you could slow it down? I think i do something like this already, but slightly different. I want to learn it this way too now.

i have been working on this for a while now and i am starting to get it down. it looks really good and i have taken to useing it to set up the cadge
it looks really cool when you raise your fingers.

I took this vid and slowed it down and reversed the video so it goes the other way too. Email me and I can send it to you since I am not sure how to add it here.
