Had some time to kill yesterday while awaiting the scheduled time for me to go to a job interview, so I just busted out the old acrylic, and started practicing.

This caught the attention of a passerby who introduced himself as a photographer for the Belleville News Democrat, and asked if he could take a few pics, and a vid.

I figured "What the hell, why not?", and agreed.

I'll never quite understand how it is that I can perform in front of large crowds and not bat an eyelash, but if someone busts out a camera, I get all kinds of nervous. Go figure...

Anyhow, here's the short article/video in question:

Thank you.
Yeah I definitely wasn't expecting that.
Certainly made my day.

hehehe, thanks

That acrylic saw a lot of abuse when I was busking a ton while hitchhiking to Illinois from Arizona not too long ago.
It got banged up a lot, but it kept me fed on the road. So all in all, not a bad tradeoff.
Besides, I still have my other nondemolished acrylic
