| I am not new to the site, but I am now returning back to CJ after a hiatus of a bit over one year. I hope that those of you who were familiar with me before and those that have joined since then will welcome me back as I attempt to rebuild the skills that have since degraded. |

Heya LCD how have you been? Have there been any crazy new CJ innovations that have come up around here in my absence? The last I remember was the whole Matrix thing....
Ooph! The Xmas video....hrm we will have to see if I can get my hands on a webcam or something so I can put up a video (rusty as I may be!) |

| Feel free to razz or anything you would like but....it was a woman. But she has left my life now and so I have the time again to focus on the one thing that made me peaceful before her. Now hopefully it will be able to help me heal those wounds.... |

| Thank you for the sympathy. The good news that we need to focus on is that CJ'ing is back in my life and I couldn't be happier for that at least. I was just about to the point where I could (in)consistently pull off a body roll, but now I am going to have to fine tune everything from the bottom up again. |
