If you have the 5ball Diamond down, then this floating 4-stack or Half Diamond move is just a 'little step' further.

This move is hard to get into smoothly in a routine. What I do is go from a four ball palmspin in one hand, then with my other hand grip the side of the base of the stack and in one motion I raise the stack into the floating 4 stack. This move can be used as a cool way of tranfering a stack between hands, just start in one hand, go into floating 4 stack, and then descend into opposite hand. Also the rotations using just three can be nice as well, as they can be done in almost any position in this grip including straight on toward the audience.
