BackArm Roll to FrontArm Roll

This is simpler than the front-back armroll. Roll a ball from the cradle to the elbow, twist the arm so it\'s palm up, and roll down to it.

Make sure to roll all the way to the elbow before twisting, or the muscles shifting may knock the ball off course.

First of all, i think thatīs important to make very fine movements, becouse you can get more control of the ball. Have fine moves in contact is helpfull if you want to try juggle more than one ball
