This, I believe, is the move that caused James Ernest to exclaim \"Look, a beautiful new hold!\". Surprisingly, I came by it in the same way - by practicing Back-arm Chestrolls.
There are two places in which you can hold (three, really) a ball at the shoulder. The first, and hardest to get out of, is between the clavicle and the shoulder muscles. the second, which I prefer, is just below the clavicle, just above the pectoral. If you lean back, you can balance a ball there, and a slight shift will move it in any direction you want.
The third, of course, is anywhere you want, if you catch the ball and hold it with your chin...
