    I'd Imagine you could preform a chestroll while you did this, would take alot of time to keep the ball isolated, but that might be a cool thought for later...

    I think you could also roll a ball between stall points or control points(same thing) while still doing this movement. I was thinking elbow to elbow. Just a guess.

    I guess I need to get a digital camcorder. Remember that time Shifty, when we visited Rich's place? I'm pretty sure I Was doing this move back then. Ah well, no worries. Very nicely done.

    Jago has done a lot of interesting things with this style of iso. he used to use it to open his palm circles routine.
