kverens: There are two places in which you can hold (three, really) a ball at the shoulder. The first, and hardest to get out of, is between the clavicle and the shoulder muscles. the second, which I prefer, is just below the clavicle, just above the pectoral. If you lean back, you can balance a ball there, and a slight shift will move it in any direction you want. The third, of course, is anywhere you want, if you catch the ball and hold it with your chin.

This is TOUGH. and I have boney shoulders. I usually hold the ball with my chin. No, wait, I always hold the ball with my chin when doing shoulder stalls. This is tough. Great job Kae.
