I gotta agree with shifty, etc--but you gotta cut or shave yer hair too--otherwise, back-o-the-neck/side-o-the-head stuff gets really bad...
hee hee. I only actually practice this to the degree practicality warrants--sports bra/swimsuit top, huge pants for practice. hair cut off really short in the back for practicality, still longer in the front because I spent most of my life with 1" spiked hair, and like having something there for a change--goes up into buns like little horns for juggling to keep it out of the way.
