A few other things to concider:
**If you quote an hourly rate be carful not to get yourself in a situation where you're expected to perform for six straight hours. I think it's a good idea to agree on a set number of performances throughtout the duration of the evening and then decide on a "won't work for less than number" and ask for a little more.
**Will their insurance cover you. An acrylic to a guests teeth will render any matter of payment null and void if you have to pay the dental bill.
**Where will you be performing? Lighting? Freezing cold? Fog machine etc. Try to get a walk through of the venue.
**Parking & Distance to venue.
**Costume-- If it's something that you dont already have, work it into you dollar figure and make sure it's still worth it for you.
**Bring loads of props.
**Dont drink :)
